[Qgis-developer] patches in trac

Hi all,

I was submitting a patch recently and was confused, as type:patch is
not on the starting page for submission of the new ticket [1]

Apparently it can be set after submission, but I find this confusing.
Now I know how to set it in future, but I hope this can
be fixed for fresh patch committer. Am I missing something?
