AW: [Qgis-developer] advanced printing branch 2

Hi John,

I tested on a G4 with OS 10.4 and Qt 4.4.1.
Everything seems ok with the template save dialog for me. As long as the save 
dialog has focus, the shortcuts are not applied.
I don't know what the critical difference is between your installation and my 
one. Maybe the OS X version, Intel/not Intel Mac or is it the Qt version?

Anyway, it would be good if other Mac user could test the behaviour of the 
template save dialog on their system.
