[Qgis-developer] a plea for GUI cleaners

Hi all.
Could you please check all the dialogs for the presence of a help button?
If help is available, the button should be there (I suspect there are cases
where this is not the case), when the help is not available, the button
should be removed (see e.g. https://trac.osgeo.org/qgis/ticket/2075).
Quite frustrating for an user to click and seeing nothing...
