[Qgis-developer] Windows all in one installer under Vista

Just as an FYI, I'm currently setting up a Windows7, XP, and maybe Vista
virtual machine farm to try and work on the standalone installer via
MSYS with GRASS to get us back to what we had pre 1.0 and hopefully find
 the magic to allow cross compilation from linux.
