[Qgis-developer] cartogram plugin

For those users (namely wildint and dassouki on IRC) who were looking 
for the old cartogram plugin...
You can find the plugin here: http://code.google.com/p/ftools-qgis/
I'm not sure if it's working correctly at the moment. The plugin works 
ok, but I don't appear to be getting the correct results. If someone 
could test it that would be great. If you make any changes, please let 
me know so I can update it and release as a proper plugin for others to 
enjoy.
