[Qgis-developer] Suggestions: Save Project Prop., default directories, folder for shp files

Tim,

I agree that behavior would be ideal (leaving the
user free to decide), but this is not
what is always happening. For example, if you
use Save as Shapefile... and select
test as file name, you do not get a folder named
test.
