[Qgis-developer] Plugin Georeference handle files with existing georeferencing information

Hi devs,

I update the patch for Georeference plugins (ticket #2890 ).

At now, the dialog input coordinate is compact(the information about 
input by tips) and save the last position of dialog (when accept).

The update DLL (windows user, see last email)  is
