Dual booting Android arm / x86  tablet / netbook with Ubuntu
Maverick-Meerkat is a good option. Ubuntu has arm port.

Right now, you can buy x86 Tablet with Window XP or Windows 7 and dual
boot with ubuntu and use QGIS as is. uTouch has driver for Sintek touch screen

I think GQIS needs a UI makeover for Meego and Ubuntu.
