[Qgis-developer] creatensis.pl problem

Looks like your wget hangs.  You probably killed the first three downloads.
Try running

wget http://qgis.org/downloads/System.dll
wget http://nsis.sourceforge.net/mediawiki/images/9/9d/Untgz.zip
wget http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/nircmd.zip

manually.  That should give you some insight.
