[Qgis-developer] redmine reopen

Hi!
I stumbled across the issue that a ticket on redmine - once closed - 
cannot be reopened ..
Is that meant that way? Is there a problem? Can somebody look if it 
should work?
I only found one webpage [1] discussing the problem but i am still not 
sure if it should work somehow or not ..
