[Qgis-developer] QGIS tool for vector data merging proposal

Hi All,

I hope this isn't the wrong place for this announcement, though I also sent
it to the soc list. It's a GSoC proposal. I'm Viktor Nagy, an MSc. student
at the University of Szeged, Hungary.
