[Qgis-developer] popups informing that transformation failed should happen once, not for each point

Sorry - I should have checked.

A more general question :  what is the status of Master WRT plugin
support?  I have been holding off updating my QGis installation from
master because but I don't want things to break, especially plugins
because of API changes.
