[Qgis-developer] print layout: various issues

Hi all.
In current master I found a couple of issues using the Print Layout:
- generating the preview for svg images takes a very long time; a known 
problem, but quite annoying on slow machines
- the right panel for images to add is much wider than others, so it 
does not fit small (<1280) screens.
