PROJ_LIBRARY: C:/OSGeo4W/lib/proj_i.lib
SPATIALINDEX_LIBRARY: C:/OSGeo4W/lib/spatialindex_i.lib
I didn't need to set sqlite3, because it finds it correctly
as C:/OSGeo4W/lib/sqlite3_i.lib
