[Qgis-developer] Enhance for Rubberband (polygon)

Hi to everyone,
The last week, during a basic course of QGIS that I taught in Barcelona
Activa, an student suggested an improvement for the rubberband (Settings>>
Options >> Digitizing).
He suggested it would be interesting to change the type of drawing when a
new polygon is created, for example making the invisible filling (no brush).
IMHO would be interesting to change the following issues from the
rubberband:   border style, border width, fill style, color for fill and
color for border.
