[Qgis-developer] transition to QT5... QT4 removed will be removed from Debian Jessie

hmm
obviously Qt5.3 is minimum for compiling .. because it is searching
for a qtpositioning here and as I only have Qt5.1.1 available here I
am out of testing it :)
waiting for the distribution update *gg*
