[Qgis-developer] WktExport plugin for QGIS

Hi,

As Even already said that with gdal 2.0 it is possible to populate an
options list automatically.
 I think it should be possible that, depending on the GDAL version, we
already integrate this into the "Save As" Dialog for people already
using gdal 2.0 .. and for all others maybe "help popups" could
describe where to find info about the options that are possible to
use. (ok - that should have been done long time ago :) )
For GDAL < 2.0 the text box was on purpose, so that users can enter
whatever they find on the GDAL webpages and use it.
