​Correct. I added "(it wil be enabled by default)" as below - to make it
more obvious.


 "This release includes preliminary support for rotation in the map canvas.
You need to explicitly enable this in Settings --> Options --> General -->
Experimental canvase rotation support(it will be enabled by default). Note
that you need to restart QGIS before this feature is enabled. We also
recommend that you start a new project for cases where you wish to rotate
the map canvas. Rotation support has been extended into the map composer
too so that it correctly handles labelling and symbology, etc."​

​I still think we should just remove the option from settings - how many
users to yo​u think will actually go and disable it and on what basis will
they make the decisions to do so? If you dont want rotation simply leave it
on zero in the status bar? Anyway sorry I don't mean to make it sound like
I am on some kind of crusade :-P If you want different wording to the
above, just supply me what you prefer and I will update it ok?
