You can't do much except rebuild the qgis package with the new gdal
1.11.2 package to fix the dependency issue.

The qgis rebuilds in the UbuntuGIS PPA failed [1] due an issue with the
grass << 7 dependency. Once that's resolved qgis should be installable
from the UbuntuGIS PPA again.

These changes where implemented in gdal (1.11.0+dfsg1-1~exp5), and for
subsequent upstream releases the virtual package dependency is bumped to
require the upstream same version. See for example:

http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-grass/gdal.git/commit/?h=experimental&id=eb297295aee168c6d8fb0ac741206541ec249cdf

I plan to restart the GDAL 1.11.2 transition in Debian unstable after
the PROJ 4.9.1 transition is complete and the rebuilt reverse
dependencies have migrated to testing.

Thanks to the great work by Johan Van de Wauw GDAL 1.11.2 is already
included in Ubuntu since vivid.

Kind Regards,

Bas
