[Qgis-developer] GeoJSON issue

Hi,

This is a known issue, in relation with decimal separator which depends on
your local.

Quick tip : run QGIS through terminal with following command

LC_NUMERIC="C" /usr/bin/qgis 1> /dev/null 2> /dev/null
