[Qgis-developer] default datum transformations

Devs,

here at a talk about crs and proj...

looking at the crs tab of the options dialog, I see options about
"Default datum transformations", see this screendump:

When I push the + and - button I see that rows are added in the table,
but I cannot see anything in it (all stays white as in screendump).

Somebody here who can tell me how this should work? Or what I'm doing
wrong that I do not see a dialog or so?
