What's the connection between having Qt4 support in the code and
shipping Qt5 builds on Mac?
I don't mind too much dropping Qt4 support. So far I didn't see any
reason to do it and thought there are more urgent issues where time can
be invested (having mac builds for 2.16, having Qt5 mac builds, having
Qt5 Windows builds, sorting out API issues...). If you say that there
are blacklisted tests (or other things) which can be resolved easier
without Qt4, I think we should just proceed.
