[Qgis-developer] [Qgis-psc] bug tracker cleanup

I see 6 bug reports assigned to me and I'm going to sort them out for QGIS 3. 

It would be great if everybody could review all tickets assigned to her/him 
and close or release those you're not going to fix. Then we can review those 
unassigned and probably close as won'tfix.
