[QGIS-Developer] Dependencies error: QGIS 2.99 on Debian stretch

Hi,

Following the installation guide I get the following error:

sudo apt-get install qgis python-qgis qgis-plugin-grass

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 python-qgis : Depends: python-qgis-common (=
1:2.99.0+git20171211+61db97f+14stretch) but it is not going to be installed
               Recommends: liblwgeom-dev but it is not going to be installed
 qgis : Depends: qgis-providers (= 1:2.99.0+git20171211+61db97f+14stretch)
but it is not going to be installed
        Depends: qgis-common (= 1:2.99.0+git20171211+61db97f+14stretch) but
it is not going to be installed
 qgis-plugin-grass : Depends: qgis-plugin-grass-common (=
1:2.99.0+git20171211+61db97f+14stretch) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
