[QGIS-Developer] Save gui customization as *.ini file

Hi,

I installed QGIS 2.99-0 Master (010cb1567b) on Windows 10 to help in
testing. I found the following error:

Saving a gui customization as *.ini-Datei (Oberflächenanpassung,
INI-Datei für Anpassung auswählen) doesn't save an ini file.
The customization is applied with the next qgis start.
