What would be nice is if we had the next hackfest just before the
planned feature freeze. So we could discuss in person if there's a
reason to postpone feature freeze by a couple of days/weeks.

Something like:

 * hackfest mid-april
 * feature freeze May 1
 * release July 1

How does that sound to you?
