[Qgis-developer] Timeline for QGIS 3

Hi all,
AFAICT, we mostly agree on:
* freezing just after Essen HF, with possibility of delaying it in case
the need will arise there
* release just after Nodebo HF, again with the same clause.
Would this fit?
