[QGIS-Developer] Fields and forms refactoring

Hi, 

I would also welcome that this would be added. it should really make the
UI much cleaner (less crowded) and easier to use. 

And it is sponsored by the Swiss QGIS user group. I guess they would
like to see it in QGIS 3.
