[QGIS-Developer] plugins.qgis.org issues

Hi,

today we had some issues with plugins.qgis.org

we're still busy with that...

but we will probably move to a new dedicated server for it, depending on
the status/issues that come up later

at this moment you cannot login in plugins.qgis.org because ldap
authenication is not working yet (the new server needs to be whitelisted
by SAC).
