[QGIS-Developer] How to access advanced snapping configuration in QGIS master?

Hi,
Andreas, there was recently a regression, the advanced panel not listing
layers. Should be fixed by https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/6026 if you
have a more recent build.
