[QGIS-Developer] Keeping OTB algorithm in qgis processing

I understand the point all too well; the big risk here is these
providers will fall into oblivion, with a big damage to QGIS as a whole.
Overall, I'm in favour of keeping these as a part of the project,
supported by it.
