[QGIS-Developer] about geopackage filter and identify object in QGIS 3.2

Hi,

There is a problem only in GeoPackage layers.

I have realized that when you put any expression in Provider feature filter
(like "id" > 1), Layer is loaded successfully according to filter.

On the other hand, identifying any feature on this layer, gives wrong
results. There is a sequence shift.

Without filter on the layer, identifying results are OK.

In Girona version there is no problem.  This problem is occuring after Bonn
version.
