[QGIS-Developer] Use of QgsAuthManager

Hi Devs,

Starting with a QGIS3 plugin which needs to retrieve data from REST
server with a simple Basic Authentication scheme.

Looking into:

But this is old code, eg: QgsAuthManager.instance() is not there anymore?

Anybody pointers to QGIS3 code to use QgsAuthManager, preferably with
use of QgsNetworkManager?
