[QGIS-Developer] Compiling QGIS 3 on Centos 7

Hi Andreas,

without 3D CMake seems to require 5.2.

5.6 should be no issue, in fact Ubuntu 16.04 has Qt 5.6.
(https://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/qt5-default) - there you need to use
ubuntugis due to other dependencies issues.
