[QGIS-Developer] Geometry no showing on 3.4.1 on Windows 10, but working fine on linux or 2.18

The file was generated in a WEBSIG application, not sure what it uses
behind. I am pretty sure it's not GvSIG, but I will try to find what it can
be.
