[QGIS-Developer] Why transfix translation not appy to QGIS 3.x?

Hi All,

We, Japanese user, have problem in QGIS 3.x.

In QGIS 2.x was able to use the menu translated into Japanese.
But in QGIS 3.x, some menus are not translated into Japanese.

I looked at transifix, but the translation seems to be done.

We issued a bug report, but we have no reply...
