[QGIS-Developer] QGIS Server QGIS_PROJECT_FILE ignoring MAP parameter?

Hi everyone,
is it expected behaviour for QGIS Server 2.18 to ignore MAP parameter in
URL when QGIS_PROJECT_FILE environment variable is set?

I have QGIS_PROJECT_FILE set, so my endpoint "/wms" serves default project,
but I'd like to access another project from the same endpoint - I'm trying
here with just specifying MAP parameter, but changing it's value does not
affect response in any way. In fact, I can do "&MAP=asdfasdf" and still get
default project, while changing other parameters works normally.

I though Environment Variable works as default option that you can
override, but it seems it doesn't?
