[QGIS-Developer] Travis build timeouts

Could this be linked to the image issues that we had, maybe the image issue
was a symptom of something.

I just find it strange that we have nearly an hour increase in build time.
Would it be a good idea to contact someone at travis to inquire about what
might be the issue?
