[QGIS-Developer] [Qgis-tr] Translation of QGIS ltr and QGIS master

Wow, this is great news for LTR users.
I wonder if 3.4 translations can be reused for 3.8? If people put their
focus on the LTR, will they have to redo everything on 3.8 or master, even
if the string is equal?
