[QGIS-Developer] OTB Plugin in QGIS 3.8

Hi Shiva,

Why it is not running? What is the problem.

Is your python working with plugin?

I got problem with QGIS 3.7 nightly for macOS. The python 3 seems not
working installation with QGIS 3.7 plugins.

QGIS 3.7 macos the python plugin is disabled in my install.
