[QGIS-Developer] Generation of Shapefiles from Multi-layer stacked Segmentated image using QGIS

Sir / Madam,

I have search a lots of videos and tutorials of QGIS for,

How to generate shapefiles of each class from the Multi-layer stacked
Segmentated image using QGIS.

But I have not found any tutorial or video guiding for this.

I have segmented  three layered stacked image.

I want to generate shapefiles for  each class from segmented image.

Than I want to use this shapefiles for training the machine learning
algorithm.

Can you please suggest some tutorial , material, documents or video for
step by step implementation of above task in QGIS?

I will be very thankful for your valuable help.
