[QGIS-Developer] PostgreSQL 12 not supported?

Hi all,
I had a look, fixed one issue, but replacing another dropped column is
more intricate; several projects (PostGIS, SQLAlchemy, etc.) have dealt
with it differently. Help or suggestions welcome.
