[QGIS-Developer] Failing to install QGIS-dev/nightly with osgeo4w:

No issues while installing?  %OSGEO4W_ROOT%\etc\postinstall\qgis-dev.bat should
have been run (and now be named qgis-dev.bat.done).

That should have been created by running "bin\qgis-dev.bat --postinstall" from
the postinstall batch job.

And that should have been used to create qgis-dev.bat - also from postinstall.

That package is empty, but has dependencies - eg. qgis-dev.  The version number
doesn't matter.
