[QGIS-Developer] QGIS Enhancement Proposal : Buffered Transactional Editing

Hi all,

PSI: There is a QGIS Enhancement Proposal (QEP) for "buffered transactional
editing", which will add a new mode for editing with better transaction
integration on the backend and editing data models instead of isolated
layers. This all while keeping a local edit buffer.
