Personally I'm a big -1 for this. I remember how some of my PRs to the docs
repository which followed code changes were not accepted without any valid
reasons (formatting ok, docs build passed on the CI). Instead a lengthly
discussions was initiated about docs in general and not about PR or
its contents.

IMHO until we make a documentation process more friendly for developers such
bot will only turn people away from contributing new features and docs.
