[QGIS-Developer] Online Q&A plus discussion session - QEP 179 (Turning Plugin Management into Actual Package Management)

Hi all,

thanks for the participation today - it was an interesting and
productive conversation. I am going to update the QEP accordingly and
post a link to the corresponding change-log.

Unfortunately, not all could make it today. Because the QEP definitely
raises a number of questions which deserve being discussed (rather than
put into lengthy texts), I remain open for further conversations like
today. Please let me know if you're interested and what time-constraints
you have so we can find suitable arrangements.
