[QGIS-Developer] Visual studio 2019 building issue

Hi,
I was trying to build QGIS using visual studio 2019 and found that the 2
scripts msvc-env.bat and configonly.bat is using an old visual studio
version (the paths to the compiler are clearly for an old). Is it required
to use an older version or just a bug ?
