[QGIS-Developer] icons for temporal controller

An alternative might be <| and |> which sometimes takes a next/previous
frame role in vid editing/playing software.

Does some some general UI inconsistency on this, blender for instance uses
|< & >| as move to start/endpoints but I'm sure I've seen it as other uses
elsewhere.
