[QGIS-Developer] Travis failing in QGIS-Documentation

Hi Matteo,

I had opened an issue report to provide instructions on how to build the
doctest (https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Documentation/issues/6064). And I
just noticed (sorry!) that Alessandro provided some feedback (in substance,
"docker is the best route now").
