[QGIS-Developer] Is a plugin for QGIS3 with the user interface defined by code acceptable for the repository?

Yes, why should it not be?

A ui file is (via compiling with uic(?)) also converted to (python) code, so I do not see a reason why if you do this (laborious) work yourself, it would not be acceptable?

Or do (do you, or others, think) I miss something here?
